Travel and Expenses
In the event the Picture is nominated for a Golden Globe and/or an Academy Award for "Best Picture", then Owner and a guest shall be invited to the applicable ceremony, with reasonable travel, accommodations, and expenses in the same class of travel as the screenwriter of the Picture. Owner and a guest shall be invited to the first U.S. celebrity premiere of the Picture and Purchaser shall use reasonable good faith efforts to have the U.S. distributor of the Picture pay for Owner and guests travel, accommodations, and expenses in connection therewith, on a favored nations basis with the screenwriter.
This paragraph sets out the right of the Owner to attend specified premieres and award ceremonies for the film/TV adaptation at the producer or distributor's expense.
