Model Film Agreement Contract

Notices hereunder shall be in writing.  All notices and payments hereunder shall be delivered by personal delivery or by mailing (postage prepaid) or by telefax delivered to the address for the party as set forth below.  The date of such personal delivery, or telefaxing or the date which is three (3) days after such mailing shall be the date of service of such notice or payment.  Any change of the addresses below shall be made only in writing:
