About
Jennifer Della’Zanna loves to combine history, mythology, fantasy and romance in her fiction and in her life. Her undergraduate degree is in History, German and Ancient Greek, and she holds an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University.
Jennifer likes to explore the worlds behind (over and under) Earth’s ancient civilizations. She explores ancient Egypt in her book, Chaos Rules, which is in the submission process. In the meantime, she has had four short stories published. Interestingly, her short stories tend to be modern and funny. And the most recent story was the first horror she’s had published. She hopes that never happens again.

Twisted Love: A Gothic Romance Anthology
When I finished my MFA, I couldn't write any fiction for a whole year--I was completely drained. One day, I got an idea, and I handwrote pages and pages of a story. It was horror, and I had never written horror before. And the more I wrote, the more horrible it became. It was another entire year before I had the courage to write the end. The story was "It's Time," and it was inspired by my husband's ghost. It was published this year in Jazz House Publication's Twisted Love anthology.
