About

Jason William Galbraith Rollo Stuart Bruce
Author • Historian • Keeper of the Bruce–Stewart Legacy

Jason William Galbraith Rollo Stuart Bruce is an author and historian whose work unites archival genealogy with verified Y-DNA science. His patrilineal descent from Robert the Bruce and Stewart cadet lines is supported by lab-validated SNPs: FGC78762, BY11979, Y14197, BY198644 → BY200374 / FGC91078, CTS11567, Y16018, and FTE77902/FTE99668/FTE99749/FTF243/FTE99002, linking him to Bruce–Johnston Ulster clusters and multi-cadet noble convergence.

Jason’s line is also documented through traditional records. His ancestor Calvin S. Johnston’s Civil War service records connect directly to the Johnston–Smiley families found in Ulster 17th-century muster rolls, confirming continuity of the paternal line from Scottish borders to Ulster, colonial Virginia, and Tennessee. Combined archival evidence—parish, probate, and military records—supports the genetic findings, forming a continuous, verifiable paper trail.

As an author of nine historical works, Jason explores the Bruces of Annandale, Stewarts of Fennock, and their Ulster-Scots descendants who carried these bloodlines into the New World. Featured in VoyageLA (October 21, 2025), he maintains the Bruce–Stewart Genealogical Summary (2025). A member of the Authors Guild and the Genealogical Society of Scotland, Jason bridges science, story, and heritage.

“Greatest times of difficulty create greatest people of the times. My generation is the greatest of the 21st century, and I am the Greatest Author of My Generation.”
