Jennifer Gennari is the author of MUFFLED (Simon & Schuster), MY MIXED-UP BERRY BLUE SUMMER (Houghton Mifflin), and STIFLED (S&S Beach Lane Books). Her books have received awards and honors, including finalist for the Georgia Children's Book Award and a Bank Street Best Children’s Books of the Year. An engaging and encouraging teacher, she frequently teaches at the Highlights Foundation and other workshops. Her poems have appeared in Typishly, The Lascaux Review, and numerous issues of the Marin Poetry Center Anthology.
