Bridget Jean Frese is an author, nurse, midwife, professor, and single mama to a charming 4-year-old little boy. She began publishing in 2016 with a short piece of non-fiction in Bella Grace Magazine. Since then, she has been published in the Huffington Post and Blessed Is She, as well as other academic and online platforms. She just finished her first book-length manuscript with the working title "Cultivating Courage: A Memoir of Bipolar Disorder" and the tagline "Embracing vulnerability and limitation as a way of finding strength." She is currently at the beginning of the publishing process with this work and is happy to be part of the Author's Guild community as a support for this journey.
