Brooke Randel is a writer and associate creative director in Chicago. Her writing has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and Best Microfiction, and published in Gigantic Sequins, Hypertext Magazine, Jewish Fiction, The Nasiona, Smokelong Quarterly, and elsewhere. She is a reader for Chestnut Review and a speaker for 3GNY. The granddaughter of a Holocaust survivor, she writes on issues of memory, trauma, family and history.
