The MECE Muse: 100+ selected practices, unwritten rules, and habits of great consultants
In the MECE Muse, I share insights on how to be a great consultant in the voice of the mentor I wish I had earlier in my consulting career. The MECE Muse provides an insider's guide to consulting, featuring stories & best practices from my research connecting with 50 consulting partners and leaders across 27 professional services firms such as Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, and PwC on their definition of a great consultant. The book represents thought leadership from 8 out of the top 10 consulting firms in the world and many more (rankings according to Vault.com). Most books about consulting focus on the technical side of the profession; the MECE Muse offers a more holistic lens (i.e., emotional intelligence) of what it takes to be a great consultant.
