Nightfall in Deptford -Book 4 of Crescent Moon Chronicles
Philadelphia detective, Tam Paradiso, must travel back to 16th century London to break playwright Christopher Marlowe out of the notorious Tower of London. Not only is Marlowe not supposed to be there, he is a time traveler also, which is how they met and fell in love in the first place. If Marlowe dies in the tower instead of in a public house as history records, the future of England and thus America is in danger. Tam wants to save him from death at any cost, but traveling is dangerous and not for your average human. Tam comes from a long line of travelers so she'll be fine, but she worries about the fate of her unborn child. Seeking help, she convinces Theo, her ex, to travel with her. Theo is far from average, being a banished fae warrior. With the future in jeopardy, they work to free Marlowe, but will Tam simply let him die at the hands of a criminal spy? Back home in present day, her sister, Izzy and their friends fight to keep their city safe from fae invaders who've come seeking their warrior.
