Private Lives, God's Eyes, and the Pregnant Now: 27 Poems by 9 Poets
Editor, Marilyn Wolf, invited eight poets to write three poems each using three different poetic techniques.
This collection includes work that describes Icarus' thoughts before he flies toward the sun and speculation on god jogging. In addition, there are poems listening to the stars, the dead asking for a blanket, and why sometimes it takes a lifetime to find hope.
Writing to technique is both challenging and freeing. The poetic content and style in this book is varied, intriguing, and moving. ?These poets were up to the task! You will find a poem that speaks to you.
