I am a member of SCBWI, a mother of three, an educator in elementary and middle school for 36 years teaching the core subjects as well as French, drama, art, and dance, a former Golden Retriever professional breeder, a canine educator/consultant, a blogger, and a podcaster. I live happily in Napa, California with four incredible Goldens who figure prominently in many of my children's books and my very talented husband who will help me with marketing and promoting my books.
My educational background is a BA from Vassar College entitled "Languages, Education, and the Creative Process and a MS in Education with an emphasis in language aquisition from SUNY at Albany. I hold certifications in Education for N-6, French 7-12, and Gifted Education K-6.
