Donna L. Quesinberry—known as “Q”—is a seasoned solopreneur whose career spans more than two decades at the intersection of strategy and creativity. As CEO of dpInk Ltd. Liability Company, she delivers award‑winning results in business development, capture administration, and solution architecture for grants and proposals, earning a reputation for precision and impact in competitive arenas.

As Founder and President of DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C., Q actively represents over ten authors while curating her own works, including the Soul Symphony Series, A Time For Faith (nonfiction), and The Vale Protocol (fiction). She is also collaborating with Alex Chew (entrepreneur, creative strategist, and thought leader) on the forthcoming co‑authored title Naturally Endowed. Beyond publishing, Q is recognized for building author brands that flourish across arts and entertainment, business growth, filmmaking, and TED Talks. DonnaInk Publications additionally champions disability awareness titles, alongside a diverse catalog of fiction and nonfiction.

Q is a published poet, with her work appearing alongside internationally recognized voices such as Larry Jaffe (award‑winning Californian poet) and Billy Marshall Stoneking (American‑Australian poet, playwright, filmmaker, and teacher). In the course of her mentorship, through an online critique group with Stoneking, he observed: “Your work reminds me of Hermann Hesse.” This high compliment affirmed the spiritual and philosophical resonance of her verse, situating her poetry within a lineage of profound literary voices.

She also serves as Chief Operations and Financial Officer for Faces of Rap Mothers, a multimedia enterprise amplifying the voices of women in hip‑hop and entertainment, where she oversees operational and financial strategies to support sustainable growth and creative empowerment. In addition, Q leads as President of the PG County Chapter of the Maryland Writers Association, fostering literary community, mentoring emerging voices, and curating engaging events.
