About

I'm a recovering business major who discovered that creating stories is a lot more fun than accounting. My award-winning mystery series features Aggie Mundeen, a single Chicago newspaper columnist in her late 30s who gives anti-aging advice, heartfelt and humorous, to readers. She moves to Texas to start over, joins a health club, enrolls in anti-aging classes, and tries to figure out Texans—especially the straight-arrow San Antonio detective from her past who shows up at her first crime scene. As well as AGGIE MUNDEEN MYSTERIES, she writes psychological suspense, NINE DAYS TO EVIL, prequel to the Aggie Mundeen mysteries. THE PLUNGE, a, June 2019 selection for ALA’s book club, and first in the spinoff series, the Aggie Mundeen LAKE Mysteries. Book Two is in progress.
