About
Cobie LaJeanne has been creating characters since she could read. At the age of six, she had already collected an assortment of Baby Name books, started crafting characters, and brought them to life with imaginative play. Writing came soon after.
Originally from Ohio, Cobie moved to Orlando, Florida, just shy of her sixteenth birthday. She worked as a nanny into her 20s and found happiness working at Walt Disney World as a Merchandise Hostess and Photopass Photographer.
She currently lives with her husband and two young daughters, RVing full-time and traveling the United States.
Cobie writes palpable psychological fiction with in-depth characters and storylines that will haunt you for years to come. She is passionate about bringing awareness to the severity of child abuse, abduction, and has a heart for the victims over the killers.
She is inspired by events in her life as well as the stories of others. Her favorite authors include Loreth Anne White, Karin Slaughter, L.T. Vargus, and Lucinda Berry.
