I am a dual Italian-Canadian author and community historian living in the Seattle area. I write about Italians and Italian-Americans in history, mostly fiction with a heaping tablespoon of mystery and a dash of romance. I am also a nonfiction writer, with my first nonfiction book, ITALIANS IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST (Arcadia Publishing) coming out September 2023. I tell stories about the early Italian immigrants settling in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington from 1880 to 1950. I continue the stories from that book in more depth in my Substack of the same name, writing about places and events involving Italians from the West, including British Columbia.
