About
Susan Apps-Bodilly is a retired educator after working with students in grades 1-8. She has written three books with the Wisconsin Historical Society Press. They are One Room Schools, Stories from the Days of 1 Room, 1 Teacher, 8 Grades, Seeds in Soil: Planting A Garden and Finding Your Roots, and with her father, Jerry Apps, she co-wrote Old Farm Country Cookbook, Recipes, Menus, and Memories. She appeared in a PBS Wisconsin television show which featured this cookbook. She can speak with groups of all ages about writing and any of her books.
