Elle Thornton has worked as a newspaper reporter in Massachusetts, Hawaii and Kansas. She was a television reporter in Hong Kong. She is the author of two award-winning books: her debut mystery, Touch the Dead (June 2021) and The Girl Who Swam to Atlantis (YA).
