About
Elizabeth Pagel-Hogan is an author and educator from Pittsburgh, PA. She loves exploring history and science. Her books include Animal Allies: 15 Amazing Women in Wildlife Research, named an Outstanding Science Trade Book of 2022 by NSTA. She’s written over a dozen fiction and nonfiction books and graphic novels including The Science and Technology of Leonardo da Vinci and Ocean Plastics Problem: A Max Axiom Super Scientist Adventure. Elizabeth lives with her family and pet schnoodle and loves board games, running, and baking. Elizabeth completed the Master Birder program with the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania. She has a book about birdsong coming out in 2023.
