Adveline holds a duo professional career experiences that bring out her unique voice and conversational writing style. Her writing is incisive and well-crafted, which illustrates the power of creative writing. She believes writing is more than putting words on the paper. Writing must inform, enlighten, reflect, intrigue, explore, and persuade to make the audience want to read or listen.

Her writing experience is derived from 15 years of various roles she has performed in the administrative and management field, both in the public and private sectors. She has saved as a recording secretary in the ministerial government of Tanzania, authored newsletters for parents in K-12 education, and held leadership roles as a PTSA secretary and NAACP representative in her local high school community. Her writing passion extends beyond administrative writing. Beyond her administrative prowess, Adveline has 27 years of experience in the field of education, working with and instructing K-12 students. This experience fuels her passion and quest for knowledge and mission to provide meaningful learning environments for both young children and their families. Her work extend beyond the classroom’s parameters, through tutoring , mentoring, developing engaging K-12 Enrichment programs and other educational resources and programs--blending pedagogy with practical implementation.

Adveline is a self-published author of parents and children's books. Most recently released, "Parents Guidance and Personal Care for Children: A Role of Keeping Children Safe and Healthy", 2026 and “A Clean Kid is A Healthier Kid,” 2007. Both books offer practical and advocacy-driven work centered on child health and safety, parental responsibility, personal care, and the shared role of families, schools, and communities in nurturing and protecting children's wellbeing. Also, she wrote her memoir, "The Hope We Carry: Navigating Life Challenges with Wisdom to Persevere, Persist, and Thrive", soon to be released, which reflects on lived experience, and the enduring power of hope amid personal and societal challenges.
