About
I am a writer who was raised in a story telling culture. My 30 year first career was as a psychotherapist with an intercultural focus. I have lived in all regions of the contiguous United States as well as in South America. Wanderlust drove my curiosity about people and cultures and how we form successful relationships across cultures and ethnicities. My first book, Mixed Blessings:A Guide to Multicultural and Multiethnic Relationships is a self help book co-authored with my business partner, Rhoda Berlin.
In 2019, I closed my business to finish my debut novel, Exiled South, published by Koehler Books in 2022. Currently I am working on a second novel.
