About

Katie King is an American journalist and literary translator who has lived and worked in Spain, Mexico, Panama, Brazil and the UK. She holds a PhD in Hispanic Studies from the University of Washington and spent a year at Harvard as a Nieman Journalism Fellow. Her translations of Spanish poetry and prose have appeared online in Words Without Borders, World Literature Today, Translation Review, and Columbia Journal, as well as in print anthologies including the European Literature Network’s The Spanish Riveter, The Eco Anthology of International Poetry and Graywolf’s New European Poets.
