An award winning children's author, Una Belle Townsend, is a retired teacher and librarian. She is the author of eleven published books. According to her friends, her car is a bookmobile holding all those books. She is a member of SCBWI, Yukon Writing Society, Oklahoma Writer's Federation, Inc., and Women Writing the West. She and her husband live in Yukon, OK. They have two sons and many grand dogs. She graduated from ETBC. She earned her Master's at SFASU, and library media certification from SWOSU.

A hockey coach in Oklahoma City is looking for a Clydesdale to be the mascot for the Oklahoma City Blazer's Hockey Team. He finally finds a black and white Clydesdale. He buys the horse, but he horse won't load into the trailer. The problem is solved with the help of the horse's friend, Taxi.
