Until recently, I earned my daily bread as an attorney, serving tenures as chief of an enforcement branch of the U.S. EPA; as an Assistant United States Attorney; and as a partner in a large law firm. Having now laid down the law (so to speak), I am devoting myself to research and writing. I have a WWI history in the works, among other projects.
