Returning to the classroom after raising a family, I was fortunate to teach twelfth graders, whose curriculum included Hamlet. My passion for the play and my conviction of its allegorical meaning grew each year. In retirement, my continued interest in the play has resulted in HAMLET In Defense of the Faith, in which I explore the connection between the play and two ancient texts.

My husband and I live in Massachusetts. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, reading, gardening, and traveling. Having grown up an Army Brat, I consider many places to be home.
