My Masters is in Museum Studies, my BA in Human Ecology, my career has been steeped in grassroots organizing and civil rights advocacy work - and these days I am loving being an Elementary Librarian. So life is a bit of a buffet. .

My writing has been published in Maine Women Magazine, and The Museum Scholar, and as a regular column, "Mainewhile" in The Forecaster.

When not working, I am often found hiking the coast of Maine where I live in a shockingly empty nest with my sweetie (artist Richard Keen III), a small herd of horses, a bossy barn cat, a ridiculous rabbit, and a friendly pack of dogs.
