Hunting Teddy Roosevelt
It’s 1909, and ex-president Theodore Roosevelt is leading the largest safari ever undertaken on a year-long expedition through East and Central Africa. But Roosevelt is not just hunting in Africa, he’s being hunted. JP Morgan, the most powerful financier of his era, fears that the trust-busting ex-president will return from Africa more popular than ever, run for president again and, if successful, continue his monopoly busting practices. To prevent that nightmare scenario, Morgan hires an assassin to join the Roosevelt safari to ensure that Wall Street’s most formidable adversary never leaves Africa alive.
