Chicago-based novelist, poet, and ghostwriter. WIP is a matrilineal family saga set in Berlin and Los Angeles between 1920-2020. My work's been published in The Weekly Humorist, Eunoia Review, xoJane, Thrive Global, The Elephant Journal, and BuzzFeed. A play based on my poetry, The Art of Golden Repair, was produced in Hollywood in 2017. My bookstagram, @laurbray, where I share book reviews and literary lifestyle posts, has 10,000 followers. My master's degree is in Women, Writing, and Gender from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. I've coached Pulitzer Prize-winners and others on how to grow a social media following as a serious writer.
