Featured Work
"A Line Through the Heart of Paris"
A travel essay about Paris, the history of the former Prime Meridian that crosses it, and a conceptual art piece that makes that meridian visible. The art piece honors one of my favorite Parisians, François Arago -- 19th century astronomer, adventurer, popularizer of science, friend of Humboldt, and failed revolutionary. You can find the essay at the online magazine Guernica (guernicamag.com) by searching for my name.
