By day, Gib works as Kansas City's Managing Principal for a large, international commercial real estate company. At night, though, he leaves the business world behind and loses himself in his writing. Gib's first book, States of Rebellion -- a political thriller about the aftermath of the 2025 elections in the U.S. -- was released in March, 2022.
Gib is the father of six children and five (and counting) grandchildren. He studied history and Romance Languages at Washington & Lee University and obtained his MBA from The University of Virginia.
