The Lonesome Unicorn
The Lonesome Unicorn is a story about hope, equity, and friendship. It celebrates the idea of choosing to believe that everyone is valuable, and lays a positive foundation for a stronger learning community in which everyone can speak, be heard, and solve conflicts respectfully.
This book’s content evolved from my work with children with diverse needs, and from conversations with my closest friends about life, loyalty, and community. It was written while I was quarantining during the global pandemic.
