I'm a veteran firefighter, fire chief, etc, having worked in both the wildland fire and city fire/ems environments. I have written my memoir and have been offered a contract. Based on what others have told me, my story is compelling since I experienced life as both a male and female firefighter in the macho firefighting environment. The book title is "Living Both Sides Of The Fire Line."
