Ellie Bozmarova is a Bulgarian-American nonfiction writer. Her work has appeared in SFGATE, The Common, phoebe, TIMBER Journal and elsewhere. She is a winner of the 2021 Nomadic Press Literary Award for nonfiction. Ellie has an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Goucher College and lives in Oakland, California. For fun she likes to travel, listen to dharma talks, and teach meditation.
