Jeff is a storyteller and a motivational speaker. His critically acclaimed memoir, WARHEAD: The True Story of One Teen Who Almost Saved the World (Delacorte Press) was published in 2019. He has appeared on television and radio internationally and in schools, bookstores, and hospitals across the United States. Jeff (he/him) is a graduate of Columbia University and the London School of Economics. He has worked for UNICEF, the United Nations, and a human rights nonprofit. He lives with his partner in Seattle.
