Ilene Berns-Zare, PsyD, PCC, CMC is an author, executive coach, life coach, and seminar leader. She helps people tap into their personal and professional best by bringing mind, body, and spirit into flow with their strengths, purpose, and possibilities.
Ilene has PsyD and MA degrees in Psychology, a MS in Human Resource Development, and a BS in Education-Science. Her professional certifications include a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from International Coaching Federation. Ilene is a member of the International Coaching Federation, American Psychological Association, the Non-Fiction Authors Association, and the Authors Guild.
Ilene writes regularly for Psychology Today with a blog entitled: “Flourish and Thrive: Navigating Transitions with Mindfulness and Resilience. She also writes the monthly newsletter: Flourish and is a contributing writer for the All-But-Dissertation Survival Guide.
Ilene coaches nationally with clients across the United States. In her writing, speaking, and coaching she offers lenses through which people can view fresh perspectives, ask life's important questions, and access their own answers, strengths, and possibilities. Ilene leads seminars for groups in varied settings (corporate, academic, professional, nonprofit) on navigating the second half of life, positive leadership, work-life balance, mindfulness, and resilience.
