Doc Thomas got his nickname in the Army many years ago. Since that time, he earned two doctorates "just for fun." He has owned a successful business in the USA. He has published non-fiction works with a traditional publisher and has published fiction works as an independent. Having lived an adventurous life, he was once washed into the ocean near a glacier, stared at a brown bear face to face in the tall grass, hiked rugged wild mountains, lived a short time in a Native American village on the coast of the Bering Sea, and slept in the snow at -60F with the Northern Lights burning overhead. He now resides in Malaysia with his wife and has friends from all over the world.
