My first book, THE FAST: The History, Science, Philosophy, and Promise of Doing Without, was published by Avid Reader Press/Simon & Schuster in 2024. It was translated into Spanish, Italian, and Dutch, and received some nice reviews. I have been an editor and publisher for many years. I am now at work on a second book--wish me luck.
