My first book, THE FAST: The History, Science, Philosophy, and Promise of Doing Without, was published by Avid Reader Press/Simon & Schuster (hardcover 2024, paperback 2025). It was translated into Spanish, Italian, and Dutch. I have been an editor and publisher for many years. I am now at work on a second book.
