About

My translations of prose and poetry from French and Spanish have been published in journals including AGNI, The Southern Review, Gulf Coast, Southword, The Los Angeles Review, and Circumference. SONGS FOR THE GUSLE, my translation of Prosper Mérimée's 1827 hoax, La Guzla, was published by Frayed Edge Press in 2023; CONFIDENCES, the 1913 novel by Adela Zamudio, is forthcoming from Bucknell University Press in my translation in 2026. My short fiction has appeared in The Common, North American Review, and Stanchion, and was shortlisted for the 2024 Welkin Mini. I am currently working on my first historical novel, which focuses on an American heiress's restoration of a French château at the turn of the twentieth century.
