I'm a semi retired Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and also owner of a miniature chair museum, Collectible & Antique Chair Gallery, in Stone Mountain, Ga. The museum exhibits my Guinness World Record collection of miniature chairs, (not doll furniture). The record for 3,000 miniature chairs was established in 2008. The museum has been open on Friday and Saturday since 2009. It has received local, national, and international recognition. I published a book, MY ABC "CHAIR" BOOK, with Dorrance publisher. Each alphabet is represented by two chair designs from the museum. I'm utilizing chairs from the museum to develop a four book early learning series. The next pending book is "Learning Animals with Chairs and Sitters." Parents and children can visit the museum to see chairs highlighted in the books. I'm also a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
