Avery Fischer Udagawa is a Japanese to English translator based in Bangkok. Her translations include the middle grade novels Temple Alley Summer (winner, 2022 ALA Mildred L. Batchelder Award) and The House of the Lost on the Cape by Sachiko Kashiwaba, as well as J-Boys: Kazuo's World, Tokyo, 1965 by Shogo Oketani.
