I have represented award-winning authors of bestselling narrative and illustrated non-fiction and occasional fiction to the global publishing, television, film, and digital media fields since 1992. I founded the agency in 1999 after working at several agencies, including Virginia Barber Literary Agency and William Morris Agency. I served as a director of Association of American Literary Agents from 2018 to 2022, founding member of AALA's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and founding director of its charitable arm, Literary Agents of Change, from 2020 to 2022.
