Featured Work
Picture Girl
A young girl, whose family faced religious persecution, possesses such art talent that when her family was to be returned to the Ukraine and sure death in 1923, her artwork helped persuade an immigration judge to allow the family to stay in the United States. It's a story of a girl's persistence and sense of fair play, a family story, and an immigration and Ellis Island story.
