About
I'm Johnathan Paul and I am a writer, film producer, and artist from Dallas, TX. My academic career was spent within the College of Visual Arts and Design, as well as the English Department in creative writing. This is where I began to develop what would become Fairview Chronicles, my first novel. I then spent much of my career as a Marketing Executive for Fortune 500 company's Toll Brothers Inc. and Shutterstock. But decided to pivot away from corporate America by 2009 and dive headfirst into the film industry after obtaining an MFA Degree in film production and screenwriting.
Since making that shift I've spent my time writing, developing, and consulting with various studios in LA on projects from PBS, A&E, STARZ, and Paramount. As well as taking on the challenge of finally putting my series of stories on paper and getting those to readers everywhere to enjoy.

Fairview Chronicles: A Wayward Proposition
With a peculiar and creative blend of mystical horror and science fiction, Fairview Chronicles takes us into the mind of lonely college professor Randall Covington as he uncovers the dark and magical secrets of the town of Fairview. The series of connected stories and journal entries centers around a secret society known as the Order of the Red Moon and the sinister Necromancer they serve. Slowly, but assuredly Randall begins to uncover the spectral demon’s plot. The only question that remains is, will he be able to maintain his sanity until the end?
