Lights & Sirens
Lights and Sirens is a story of love and friendship forged during intense medical emergencies. Sixteen-year-old Anni Sawyer joins the Twin Valley Rescue Squad, hoping to find meaning and redemption by saving the lives of others.
However, ambulance duty is tough, far tougher than she expected. She is ready to quit until she encounters another young EMT, Jesse McCray, at an accident scene. Jesse is a mystery. He intrigues Anni and offers her a unique way to deal with trauma. Jesse, along with her crew and other squad members, provides the support Anni needs to continue rescue work—at least until the next crisis.
