Jennifer Hester has more than 20 years of professional writing experience in fundraising, marketing, and journalism and her fiction is represented by the John Hawkins & Associates literary agency. She's a two-time Kentucky Foundation for Women artist enrichment grantee and is a featured artist on Art of the Rural’s “PlaceStories” website. Through the Carnegie Center in Lexington, KY, she coordinates the Kentucky Great Writers series and teaches writing workshops and seminars–-both in the center and in central Kentucky public libraries and bookstores. She serves on the Kentucky Book Fair Author Selection Task Force and the Kentucky Writers Hall of Fame Committee.
