Lee Andre Jacobus
Born 1935. Undergraduate and masters degrees in English at Brown University, 1957, 1959. Ph.D. 1968 Claremont Graduate University. Married to Joanna Jacobus, Rhode Island School of Design, BFA 1960; Connecticut College MFA 1974. Daughter Sharon Benzenhoefer (1958-2009), Son James (1962); Granddaughter Caitlin Benzenhoefer (1995). I taught Renaissance English and Modern Irish Literature at the University of Connecticut 1968-2001. I am a member of the Milton Seminar, MLA, and the International James Joyce Society. I am also a member of the Dramatists Guild.
