About

A former nun, artist, antique dealer, and interior decorator, Niki has a PhD in archaeology and has taught ancient history and humanities at the college level for years. In her retirement, she has taken to writing historical novels set in the Near East in the deep past. She also enjoys other creative anachronisms like weaving, driving a horse cart, playing the violin, and belly dancing. She divides her time between Florida and rural northwestern France, where she lives with her husband. They have a grown son.
