I was a career prosecutor in New York City until 2012, when I retired at 30 years. I have written non-fiction books with a co-author designed to further self-empowerment on the part of non-lawyers by showing how to construct solid arguments that can be used in disputes that one encounters in daily life and to show law students how to construct written and oral legal arguments. I've also been writing fiction, most recently a crime series set in Florida featuring series main character Rick Sands. There are now four novels in the series, all E-books, on Amazon. I am currently working the fifth novel in the series.
