Connie Goldsmith is working on her 25th book for Lerner Publications, most of them with the nonfiction teen imprint, Twenty-First Century Books. A former registered nurse, many of her books are on health and science topics, while newer ones are about recent history. She received a Crystal Kite award and Junior Library Guild for her "Bombs Over Bikini."
