Deborah Quilter is a New York-based author, journalist, fitness professional and Feldenkrais practitioner. She wrote two groundbreaking books on computer-related repetitive strain injury, RSI: A COMPUTER USERS GUIDE and THE REPETITIVE STRAIN INJURY RECOVERY BOOK, available on Amazon.com.
She hosts RSI Help YouTube, which provides people with accurate, useful information about preventing and coping with injuries to the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder and neck resulting from using computer keyboards and cell phones.
