Dr. Candace Steele Flippin is a career advancement expert, leadership researcher, and author who studies women's career advancement and the multigenerational workplace. She is Vice President of Thought Leadership and Professional Development at the Page Society and founder of the Global Career Advancement Institute (Global CAI), where she created the SHAPE Career Assessment®. Her books include Get Your Career in SHAPE, Generation Z in the Workplace, and Millennials in the Workplace. A Fellow in the engaged scholars community at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management since 2016, she also conducts leadership development seminars at Johns Hopkins University and is a TEDx speaker. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
